ATELIER TRIAL REGISTRATION · LIVE SCHEDULE · NO PAYMENT DUE TODAY

New-student trial registration

Step 1 of 5

Tell us about the artist.

This begins an Atelier placement request. Existing ArtQuest and Atelier families can connect the student to their current family account.

Step 2 of 5

Choose the commitment that fits.

The package is a preference until placement is approved. A live version would use current Atelier prices and show any transfer credit from ArtQuest.

Step 3 of 5

Find the studio time that fits.

Registration can only request a class during this week, next week, or the following week. Holidays and reported teacher absences close affected classes before a family can select them.

This week

October 26–31

●Schedule-aware prototype: studio holidays and teacher sick days appear directly in the calendar. Closed classes are never selectable. In the live workflow, these would come from the owner closure calendar and teacher absence records.

No class selected yet.
Choose a preferred weekly class above.

Sample data only. A preferred placement does not guarantee a seat. The live system would recheck capacity, closures, and staffing before creating an invoice or confirming enrollment.

Step 4 of 5

Connect the family account.

The parent receives the placement and tuition message. Existing families sign in to connect this request; new families receive an invitation to finish their dashboard access.

Step 5 of 5

Review the placement request.

Nothing is billed when this prototype button is pressed. The complete live flow would send the request for review, then create tuition only after the placement rules succeed.

What happens next: the owner reviews readiness and placement, the system rechecks the class against closures and capacity, and the family receives a confirmation with the correct Atelier tuition link. Payment would then activate class credits through the billing webhook.
Prototype complete.
This is where the family would see a success message, request number, and next-step links. No request, email, invoice, or credit was created.
